Meet the Author
Welcome
Nicola A Lewis is the author of Tilda finds her rainbow, There’s a raccoon in my room!, Tilda's Sweet Dreams & Goodnight, and Jemima and Jock at Daffodil Farm.

Nicola was born in Rochester, Kent, to parents who had returned back to the UK having spent many years living in Australia.
Her father was a chartered architect and superb artist, whilst her mother a proprietor of a Montessori educational setting. Therefore, it is not surprising that Nicola’s love of fine art and literature was influenced from a very young age.
Nicola still lives in Kent with her husband, although in a far more rural location compared to that of her childhood city life. ‘’While the world sleeps.....I write - creating characters to hopefully inspire young readers and encourage them to step into a world of magical story telling.’’
As the proud author of four published children’s books with further titles on the way, Nicola takes every opportunity to spend time in primary schools promoting creative writing skills through her books and workshops.

Nicola is a committed member to both The Alliance of Independent Authors and The English Association.
